Section 101.68(B) of the Revised Code requires that when reports must be submitted to the General Assembly, copies of the reports must be submitted to the Director of the Legislative Service Commission (LSC). Section 101.68(C) requires LSC to monthly inform each member of the General Assembly of the reports received. Below is the annotated bibliography of reports recently submitted to LSC. The bibliography, compiled by the LSC Library staff, also includes other documents that may be of interest to legislators. STUDENT WELLNESS AND SUCCESS FUNDS & DISADVANTAGED PUPIL IMPACT AID REPORT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025, November 2025, 11 pages
Report required by R.C. 3317.25(E) and 3317.26(I); summarizes the initiatives of entities receiving Student Wellness and Success Funds or Disadvantaged Pupil Impact Aid; of 1,007 districts and schools eligible to receive aid, 997 districts and schools reported they spent funds during FY 2025; districts and schools spent a total of $1,004,933,930 in state funding in the 2024-2025 school year on 3,586 initiatives to enhance student well-being, with mental health services being the top expenditure category.
