Section 101.68(B) of the Revised Code requires that when reports must be submitted to the General Assembly, copies of the reports must be submitted to the Director of the Legislative Service Commission (LSC). Section 101.68(C) requires LSC to monthly inform each member of the General Assembly of the reports received. Below is the annotated bibliography of reports recently submitted to LSC. The bibliography, compiled by the LSC Library staff, also includes other documents that may be of interest to legislators. ANNUAL REPORT 2022-2023 OF THE COLLEGE CREDIT PLUS PROGRAM, Year 8, 36 pages

Report required by R.C. 3333.041; provides the required information, related to minority and women's business enterprises, for investment managers for both the Guaranteed Savings Fund and the Variable Savings Fund: BlackRock, Dimensional Fund Advisors, Fifth Third, SSgA (all publically held), Vanguard (client-owned), and Loomis Sayles (a wholly-owned subsidiary); explains how investment managent companies are chosen; describes the barriers to reporting the required demographic information.
CHOOSE OHIO FIRST 2022-2023 ANNUAL REPORT, December 2023, 12 pages
Report required by R.C. 3333.041; summarizes the Chancellor’s strategies in assigning Choose Ohio First scholarships that support postsecondary students studying STEMM fields and STEMM education; describes how the awards are consistent with those strategies; in 2022-2023, the average scholarship at a four-year institution was $4,271 and the average scholarship at a two-year college was $2,317.
