Section 101.68(B) of the Revised Code requires that when reports must be submitted to the General Assembly, copies of the reports must be submitted to the Director of the Legislative Service Commission (LSC). Section 101.68(C) requires LSC to monthly inform each member of the General Assembly of the reports received. Below is the annotated bibliography of reports recently submitted to LSC. The bibliography, compiled by the LSC Library staff, also includes other documents that may be of interest to legislators. ANNUAL REPORT, 2020, 59 pages
Report required by R.C. 4911.17; presents mission, vision, core values statements, and messages from the Board Chair and Consumers' Counsel; includes biographies with pictures of members of the Governing Board and senior management; includes a brief fiscal report of operating expenditures for 2020; provides background on several bills, focusing on H.B. 6 of the 133rd General Assembly; summarizes actions in major utility cases (including marketing cases) in which the Office represented consumers; includes a complete list of 2020 case activity before PUCO and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission; highlights activities to educate consumers about utility service and their choices.
