Section 101.68(B) of the Revised Code requires that when reports must be submitted to the General Assembly, copies of the reports must be submitted to the Director of the Legislative Service Commission (LSC). Section 101.68(C) requires LSC to monthly inform each member of the General Assembly of the reports received. Below is the annotated bibliography of reports recently submitted to LSC. The bibliography, compiled by the LSC Library staff, also includes other documents that may be of interest to legislators. Report required by R.C. 3365.15; information provided by the Chancellor of the Ohio Department of Higher Education and the State Superintendent of Public Instruction; includes participation and performance data of students, along with program outcomes, involved in Ohio's dual enrollment program since the fall of 2015 through spring 2020.

Report required by R.C. 3345.061 and 3333.041; reports the numbers and percentages of first-time Ohio high school graduates enrolled in remedial mathematics and English at Ohio's state-assisted colleges and universities; includes enrollment numbers and remediation rates disaggregated by race and ethnicity and by economic status that reveals remediation rates for minorities and economically disadvantaged (Pell-eligible) students are declining, but are still higher than their counterparts; provides data at the school district level for 2019 Spring graduates; data at the district and school level can be viewed at https://www.ohiohighered.org/data-reports/college-readiness.
OHIO MEANS INTERNSHIPS AND CO-OPS (OMIC) ANNUAL REPORT, December 31, 2019, 10 pages
Prepared pursuant to R.C. 3333.041; reports on the academic and economic impact of OMIC and includes specific information about: (1) the progress and performance metrics for each initiative that received an award in the previous fiscal year, (2) economic indicators of the impact of each initiative, and all initiatives as a whole, on the regional economies and the statewide economy, and (3) the Chancellor's strategy in allocating awards among state institutions of higher education and how the actual awards fit that strategy; states in this fiscal year, the Ohio Department of Higher Education did not receive an OMIC appropriation and made no awards, but previous awards are "still having an influence in student placements, as well as an economic impact"; includes tables that demonstrate the total placements at colleges from 2014 to the present and the major industries and occupations where colleges placed students.
