Agency Reports Submitted to the General Assembly

Section 101.68(B) of the Revised Code requires that when reports must be submitted to the General Assembly, copies of the reports must be submitted to the Director of the Legislative Service Commission (LSC). Section 101.68(C) requires LSC to monthly inform each member of the General Assembly of the reports received. Below is the annotated bibliography of reports recently submitted to LSC. The bibliography, compiled by the LSC Library staff, also includes other documents that may be of interest to legislators. Report required by R.C. 131.023; lists types of debts collected and types of debts that are outstanding for calendar years 2017 and 2018; Part 1 describes activities the Office uses to collect outstanding debts and the types of debts collected; Part 2 includes two spreadsheets that show the total dollar figure of amounts certified and collected for this reporting period.

Report required by R.C. 3323.20; reporting period covers FY 2019; notes an increase of 3.34 % of preschool students receiving services over the last reporting year; more than 75 % of students receive services due to a developmental delay or speech and language impairment.
