Section 101.68(B) of the Revised Code requires that when reports must be submitted to the General Assembly, copies of the reports must be submitted to the Director of the Legislative Service Commission (LSC). Section 101.68(C) requires LSC to monthly inform each member of the General Assembly of the reports received. Below is the annotated bibliography of reports recently submitted to LSC. The bibliography, compiled by the LSC Library staff, also includes other documents that may be of interest to legislators. DEBT COLLECTION REPORT, 2019, Part 1, 5 pages and Part 2, 1 page
Report required by R.C. 131.023; lists types of debts collected and types of debts that are outstanding for calendar years 2017 and 2018; Part 1 describes activities the Office uses to collect outstanding debts and the types of debts collected; Part 2 includes two spreadsheets that show the total dollar figure of amounts certified and collected for this reporting period.
ANNUAL STATE REPORT ON PRESCHOOL CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES, 2020, 3 pages
Report required by R.C. 3323.20; reporting period covers FY 2019; notes an increase of 3.34 % of preschool students receiving services over the last reporting year; more than 75 % of students receive services due to a developmental delay or speech and language impairment.
CTR [CERTIFICATE TO RECOMMEND] PHYSICIANS ANNUAL REPORT, May 2020, 8 pages
Reports from CTR physicians required to be submitted to the Board by R.C. 4731.30 and O.A.C. 4731-32-03 that report the "observed effectiveness of medical marijuana on patients"; a CTR is issued to physicians by the Board; this report summarizes the observations collected through a Board-designed online survey created to assist the fulfilling of the reporting requirement.

Report required by R.C. 4729.85; covers December 1, 2018, through December 31, 2019; contains aggregate information on medical marijuana using information submitted to the Board from the Ohio licensed dispenseries via the OARRS; reports statistics about cultivators, processors, testing labs, dispensaries, physician licenses, the toll-free hotline, patients and caregivers, and product sales; includes a table reflecting the Board's determination of the maximum 90-day supply of medical marijuana to be possessed by a patient, based upon the THC content (a requirement of R.C. 3796.04(A)(10)).
