3 members to represent employees who are members of affiliated employee organizations of the Ohio Chapter of the American Federation of Labor-Congress of Industrial Organizations, selected by that Chapter and who can be classed as representatives of employees who are members of an employee organization; 2 members to represent employees, 1 appointed by the House Speaker and 1 appointed by the Senate President, 1 of whom must be an injured worker with a valid, open, and active workers' compensation claim and 1 of whom must represent employees who are not members of an employee organization; presidents of the Ohio Township Association and Ohio County Commissioners Association, or, while the office of president is vacant, a designee appointed by the governing body authorized to appoint the president; the chief executive officers, or the equivalent officers, of the Ohio Chamber of Commerce, the Ohio Manufacturers' Association, the Ohio Self-Insurers' Association, the Ohio Council of Retail Merchants, the National Federation of Independent Business and the Ohio Farm Bureau; and the Director of Development as a nonvoting member.
