Qualifications
5 appointed by Governor: Ohio residents and qualified electors for at least 5 years next preceding appointment. No more than 3 of same party. Ex officio members: Directors of Environmental Protection, Natural Resources, and Development. The Director of Development may designate a person in the unclassified civil service to serve in the Director's place, instead of an assistant director or deputy director of the Department of Development.
