Qualifications
3 full-time members appointed by Governor with advice and consent of the Senate: 1 who, because of previous vocation, employment, or affiliations, represents employers, and 1 who, because of previous vocation, employment, or affiliations, represents employees. Not more than 2 of same political party. No member shall hold any position of trust or profit or engage in any occupation or business interfering with or inconsistent with the member's duties on the Commission, or serve on any political party committee.
