Boards and Commissions

(1) The Director of Job and Family Services, or the Director's authorized representative; (2) One member of the House of Representatives appointed by the Speaker of the House; (3) One member of the Senate appointed by the President of the Senate; (4) The following members to be appointed by the Director: (a) A representative from the Ohio Chamber of Commerce or its successor organization; (b) A representative from the National Federation of Independent Business or its successor organization; (c) A third-party administrator that is a third-party commercial consumer reporting agency, in accordance with the "Fair Credit Reporting Act," 15 U.S.C. 1681 et seq.; (d) A representative from the Ohio federation of labor or its successor organization; (e) A representative from the Affiliated Construction Trades of Ohio or its successor organization; (f) A representative from the Ohio Conference of Teamsters or its successor organization.
