Qualifications
Qualified electors residing in the technical college district and not employees of the technical college. 3 appointed by Governor with advice and consent of the Senate (not more than one may be an employee of a governmental agency). 6 appointed by presidents or their representatives of the city and exempted village boards of education of school districts and the governing boards of educational service districts whose territories are embraced in the technical college district (not more than two may be an employee of a governmental agency).
