Not more than fourteen members, seven of whom are appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives and seven of whom are appointed by the President of the Senate. Membership must include representatives from each of the following sectors: (1) Wright State University's Lake Campus; (2) primary and secondary education; (3) business organizations; (4) nursing; (5) engineering; (6) any other local stakeholders as determined by the Speaker or the Senate President.
