Qualifications

(1) The Director of the Department of Children and Youth or the Director's designee; (2) The Director of the Department of Youth Services or the Director's designee; (3) The Director of the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services or the Director's designee; (4) A public defender from the Office of the Public Defender appointed by the State Public Defender; (5) Two directors of public children services agencies, one appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives and one appointed by the President of the Senate; (6) Two juvenile court judges, one appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives and one appointed by the President of the Senate; (7) A county commissioner appointed by the President of the Senate; (8) A city council or township trustee member appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives; (9) A representative of a residential facility serving six or fewer children who are alleged to be or have been adjudicated delinquent children appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives; (10) A representative of a residential facility serving more than six children who are alleged to be or have been adjudicated delinquent children appointed by the President of the Senate; (11) A representative of the Overcoming Hurdles in Ohio Youth Advisory Board appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives; (12) A county sheriff or chief of police appointed by the President of the Senate; (13) Three members of the Senate, with not more than two members from the same political party, appointed by the President of the Senate; (14) Three members of the House of Representatives, with not more than two from the same political party, appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives.
