Qualifications
Each member of the Board must be a qualified elector residing in the state. One member must represent each of the following:
A rural school district;
A suburban school district;
An urban school district;
A community school;
A chartered nonpublic school.
No Board member may hold any other office of trust or profit or be an employee or officer or any public or private elementary or secondary school.
