Qualifications
6 members appointed by Governor, including 1 designated by Board of Directors of Ohio Federation of Soil and Water Conservation Districts. Four must have knowledge of or interest in Ohio's agricultural production and natural resources. One member must represent rural interests and one member must represent urban interests. Not more than 3 of the appointed members may be members of same political party. Ex officio: Vice-President for Agricultural Administration, O.S.U., and Director of Agriculture, Environmental Protection, and Natural Resources, and an officer of the Ohio Federation of Soil and Water Conservation Districts, none of whom may vote.
