Qualifications
Ohio Public Works Commission appoints 7 voting members. Each voting member must be a member of a district public works integrating committee appointed to the committee by a majority vote of the chief executive officers of the villages of the member's district or by a majority of the boards of township trustees of the member's district. No more than 2 Commission members may be members of the same district public works integrating committee. The Directors of Transportation and Environmental Protection and the Chairperson of the Ohio Water Development Authority are ex officio, nonvoting members.
