3 appointed by Governor with advice and consent of the Senate: 1 to represent regulated public utilities, 1 to represent organized labor, and 1 to represent business; 1 member of public appointed by House Speaker; 1 member of public appointed by Senate President; 1 person over 65 appointed by Director of Aging; ex officio: Chairman of Consumers' Counsel Governing Board, President of Accountancy Board, Chairman of State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Surveyors, President of Ohio State Bar Association, President of Ohio Municipal League, and Director of Development or a designee who is a Department employee. The Accountancy Board, Board of Registration, Association, or League may authorize its representative to designate an alternate.
