Qualifications
The Director of Agriculture appoints the following 7 members from a list submitted by a qualified statewide propane association. The Director shall not appoint a person as a member of the council unless the person is at least 25 years old and has at least 5 years of active experience in the propane gas industry: 2 multi-state propane gas retailers; 2 intrastate propane gas retailers; 1 cooperative propane gas retailer; 1 wholesale propane gas wholesale distributor; and 1 propane gas equipment dealer. The Director of Agriculture and the State Fire Marshall, or their designees.
