Appointed by the Ohio Supreme Court: 17 Ohio attorney members from the 12 Ohio court of appeals districts, in specified numbers for each district; plus 7 active or retired judges who must be at large appointees from separate appellate districts; and 4 nonattorneys who must be at large appointees from separate appellate districts. No person may be appointed to more than three 3-year terms.
