Qualifications
Appointed by Governor: 3 members representing independent oil and gas producers or operators, or their representatives, operating and producing primarily in Ohio; 3 representing oil or gas producers or operators, or their representatives, having substantial oil and gas producing operations in Ohio and at least 1 other state; 1 representing the public; and 1 representing landowners' royalty interests in oil and gas production. All except public and royalty representatives must have 5 years experience in drilling and production of oil or gas. Not more than 1 from same company, producer, or operator. Must be Ohio residents.
