Qualifications
Technical Advisory Council on Oil and Gas appoints 6 independent producers and 6 primarily horizontal well operators from list of names submitted by qualified independent producer associations; each producer must be at least age 25, each have production in Ohio, and have at least 5 years of active experience in the oil and natural gas industry. Council appoints 1 member who is a member of an organization that represents farmers from a list submitted by such organization. No member of an operating committee may serve more than 3 successive full 3-year terms.
