Qualifications
6 individuals who are residents of the state and qualified electors at least 5 years preceding appointment, 1 Senate member, and 1 House member. Legislative members are nonvoting and must represent either a district in which is located or through which passes a portion of a turnpike project that is part of the Ohio Turnpike System or a district located in the vicinity of such a project. Ex officio: Directors of Budget and Management and Transportation.
