Governor appoints 6 members who must have significant experience in finance, accounting, or investment management. House Speaker appoints 1 House member from each political party, and Senate President appoints 1 Senate member from each political party. Chancellor of the Ohio Board of Regents, or the Chancellor's designee, is an ex officio voting member. Not more than 6 members may be from the same political party.
