Qualifications

The Director of the Office of Budget and Management and the Director of Administrative Services, or their designees, and an additional administrative department head who the Governor is to appoint. Also, 2 members of the Senate appointed by the President of the Senate and 2 members of the House appointed by the Speaker. The members who are Senators must not be members of the same political party, and the members who are Representatives must not be members of the same political party. The General Assembly members of the commission serve as nonvoting members.
