Qualifications
No commission member can be appointed for more than three terms in total. Each commission member must be a resident of Ohio. At least 1 commission member must be experienced in law enforcement and criminal investigation. At least 1 commission member must be a certified public accountant experienced in accounting and auditing. At least 1 commission member must be an attorney admitted to the practice of law in Ohio. At least 1 commission member must be a resident of a county where one of the casino facilities is located. Not more than 4 commission members can be of the same political party. No commission member is permitted to have any affiliation with an Ohio casino operator or facility or with a sports gaming proprietor, mobile management services provider, or management services provider.
