Not more than 4 business community representatives, not more than 1 representative of municipal tax administrators, and not more than 2 tax practitioners. Ex officio members: Director or other highest officer of each state agency that has tax reporting forms or other tax documents filed with it through the Ohio Business Gateway, or the Director's designee, the Secretary of State, Treasurer of State, Director of Budget and Management, Director of Development, State Chief Information Officer, Tax Commissioner, and the Governor, or their designees.
