Qualifications
The Ohio Cattlemen's Association, Ohio Purebred Dairy Cattle Association, Ohio Pork Producers Council, Ohio Poultry Association, Ohio Sheep Improvement Association, Ohio Fair Managers Association, Ohio Farm Bureau Federation, Ohio Farmers Union, Ohio Department of Education's Agricultural Education Service, Ohio State University Extension, National Farmers Organization, and Ohio State Grange each appoint 1 member. Director of Agriculture appoints 3 members, each of whom must be a member of a board of directors of a county or independent agricultural society, and the Director has the option of appointing not more than 3 additional members. The Director of Agriculture, Chairperson of the Ohio Expositions Commission, and State Veterinarian, or their designees, are members. The Director of Agriculture's designee may be the Chief of the Division of Fairs.
