(1) Two members of the House of Representatives appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives; (2) one member of the House of Representatives recommended by the Minority Leader of the House of Representatives and appointed by the Speaker; (3) the Chairperson and Ranking Member of the House Finance Subcommittee on Higher Education; (4) two members of the Senate appointed by the President of the Senate; (5) one member of the Senate recommended by the Minority Leader of the Senate and appointed by the President; (6) the Chairperson and Ranking Member of the Senate Workforce and Higher Education Committee; (7) the following members appointed by the Governor: (a) a representative of the Governor's Office of Workforce Transformation; (b) a representative of the Department of Education; (c) a representative of the Chancellor of Higher Education.
