Qualifications
Each member appointed by the Director must be a registered environmental health specialist; at least 1 but not more than 2 must represent general health districts, at least 1 but not more than 2 must be employees of city health districts, at least 1 but not more than 2 must be employed in private industry, not more than 1 must be employed by a university, and not more than 1 must be employed by an agency or department of the state.
