(1) The Director of Commerce or the director's designee; (2) A representative of the board of building standards; (3) The following 7 individuals, appointed by the governor: (a) One representative of a major elevator manufacturing company; (b) One representative of an elevator servicing company; (c) One representative of the architectural design or elevator consulting profession; (d) One representative of the general public; (e) One representative of municipal corporations in this state; (f) One representative of building owners or managers; (g) One representative of the building trade, comprised of an individual providing conveyance services.
