Qualifications

Six members, all of whom must have a background and expertise in cybersecurity or fraud prevention to be eligible for appointment: (1) One member, who is an employee in the office of the Governor, appointed by the Governor; (2) One member, who is an employee in the office of the Attorney General, appointed by the Attorney General; (3) One member, who is an employee in the office of the Auditor of State, appointed by the Auditor of State; (4) One member, who is an employee in the office of the Secretary of State, appointed by the Secretary of State; (5) One member, who is an employee in the office of the Treasurer of State, appointed by the Treasurer of State; (6) The chief information security officer employed under R.C. 125.18.
