Committee consists of 7 members appointed by the Director of Agriculture: 3 farmers primarily engaged in the production of agricultural commodities, 1 licensed handler who is manager of a farmers' cooperative, 1 licensed handler who is owner and operator of a warehouse located in a rural area, 1 licensed handler representing a warehouse located at a major agricultural commodity transportation center, and 1 rural banker.
