Governor appoints 4 members, not more than 3 from the same political party, 1 to represent the Ohio Arts Council, 1 to represent the Ohio Historical Society, 1 to represent the public at large, and the Governor's chief of staff. The Clerk of the House of Representatives and the Clerk of the Senate are members.
