Governor appoints 5 members with the advice and consent of the Senate. Ohio residents. No more than 3 of the same political party. 4 members must have at least 5 years of experience in banking, financial institutions, bond issuances, or related areas, and 1 member must have at least 5 years of experience in building management or a related area.
