Qualifications
The Director of Development or the Director's designee, the Director of the Office of Innovate Ohio or the Director's designee, and three other members as follows: 1 member appointed by the President of the Senate, 1 member appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives, and 1 member appointed by the Governor. Appointed members must have expertise in broadband infrastructure and technology. Appointed members may not be affiliated with or employed by the broadband industry or in a position to benefit from a program grant.
