The member appointed by the Director of the Bureau of Services for the Visually Impaired (which has been replaced administratively by the Rehabilitation Services Commission Consumer Advisory Council)
The board is established as needed to conduct administrative hearings. One such board may be abolished, then a subsequent board established under the same statutory authority.
Qualifications
One appointed by Director of Bureau of Services for the Visually Impaired; 1 appointed by agency adversely affected; and 1 selected by mutual agreement between other two, or by Governor if no agreement.
