Qualified electors residing in the technical college district who are not employees of that technical college and not members of a board of education or of a educational service center governing board. 3 appointed by Governor with advice and consent of Senate (no more than 1 may be an employee of a governmental agency). 6 appointed by caucus of the presidents of the city or exempted village school districts or of the educational service center governing boards served by the technical college district (no more than 2 may be an employee of a governmental agency).
