Qualifications
Supreme Court apoints 18 members of the Ohio Bar in good standing. Examiners must not have adverse interests, conflicting duties, or inconsistent obligations that will interfere or appear to interfere with their duties. Examiners must not participate in courses for the preparation for bar admission or act as a trustee, administrator, professor, adjunct professor, or instructor for a law school or a university with which a law school is affiliated. No examiner may be an employee or consultant of a trade association in the field of Board interest.
