Qualifications
Unless the marketing program provides for the election of an operating committee, it must be appointed by the Director of Agriculture and consist of producers of the commodity chosen from a list of candidates recommended by the producers of that commodity. Equally distributed between geographic and production areas. No appointed member may serve more than three successive terms. The Director or designee is an ex officio member.
